Your first 1 hour session with Heather includes a complimentary 15 minute pre-session consultation to ascertain any issues and your desired outcome.
Please allow 1hr 20 mins for this first session (inc. 5mins arrival time). Your subsequent sessions will last 1 hour. (Please include  5mins arrival time).
 
To secure your booking
, you will need to complete a short booking form which will be emailed to you after purchase.
 
To reschedule
, please allow 24 hours notice.
In the event of cancellation
, your £140 fee for x 3 sessions includes a 50% non-returnable deposit. After cancellation, your £70 balance will be retunred to you by the same payment method which you paid.
 
How many sessions?
The benefits of reiki can be felt from just one session, however the effects or reiki are cumulative and so it is recommended to have three sessions in fairly close succession. 
 
All sessions include a short session de-brief, with an opportunity to ask any questions.

Parking can be found at Union Terrace Car Park on Clarence Street (2 mins walk).
 
On the day of your treatment:
Please kindly aim to arrive at least 5 mins early for your session, so as to be ready to enter your session on time. 
 
Please wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.
 
Please bring your own pre-filled water bottle with you. 
 
There is a WC available on site.
