Out on 5th July 2019, her brand new solo album Wild White Horses, co-written with Thunder’s Luke Morley, is already gathering acclaim across rock music press.
Classic Rock magazine dubs the album, “Dulcet, Fleetwood Mac-nodding rock’n’roll (with hints of Zeppelin) adding, “It becomes her well”.
The album sees Findlay blazing a more Americana, Classic Rock / Country themed trail across an already varied plane.
‘Forget The Rain’ with its, “country rock vibes... could have come straight from Nashville’s Music Row and is the sort of accessible crossover tune that would be a huge radio hit for Lady Antebellum or Little Big Town”
~ Prog magazine
Fireworks magazine applauds Findlay for her, “Astounding voice”.
Concluding that, “Assuming various guises from emotional balladeer to sultry rock goddess…Findlay has amassed an impressive body of work over 22 years, but Wild White Horses, is an eclectic mix of styles that she handles with aplomb… and must surely rank as one of her best”.
